Setup Day at High Point, North Carolina - The Suites at Market Square T804

After a long flight from SFO to Denver and finally to Charlotte, North Carolina, I made it to High Point, North Carolina.  Lesson of the day - try to fly into Greensboro instead of Charlotte as it's much closer to High Point.  On the flight over, I met Charlotte locals Claire and Carol, sisters returning from their trip.  They were so helpful in offering tips about what to eat (need to make time for BBQ) and shared the essence of southern hospitality.  

Setup day was great.  It took a little longer than expected, and with a few more wrinkles to iron out, we're almost there.  What I learned was that setup day, was not really setup day.  Exhibitors are setting up, but buyers are allowed inside as well!  I was totally surprised to see buyers checking out our wares even as we are opening our boxes and getting our fixtures and shelves up.  It was nice of Andrea and Alicia from Kensington Furniture to stop by and check out our Dolora pillows.  They even made a video of their favorites.  ​https://www.facebook.com/Furniture.Kensington/videos/1167124899991604/.
